By accessing our website (https://accuscansolutions.com), booking an appointment, submitting a contact form, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
AccuScan Solutions, LLC provides Live Scan Fingerprinting, Drug & BAC Testing, and DNA Testing services. Services are subject to availability and applicable laws and regulations.
3. Appointments and Booking
- Appointments booked online are confirmed upon receipt of your booking confirmation email.
- Please arrive on time with a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling 510-800-7506 or emailing accuratescansolutions@gmail.com.
- Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
4. SMS Text Message Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages from AccuScan Solutions, you agree to the following:
- You are the account holder or have authorization to enroll the phone number provided.
- AccuScan Solutions may send you appointment-related text messages, confirmations, and responses to your inquiries.
- Message frequency varies. Up to 5 messages per month.
- Standard message and data rates may apply.
- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at 510-800-7506.
- You may opt out at any time without affecting your eligibility to receive our services.
- AccuScan Solutions is not liable for delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by your mobile carrier.
5. Fees and Payment
Service fees are listed on our website and may include government-mandated DOJ and/or FBI fees in addition to our rolling service fee. Fees are subject to change. The fees applicable at the time of your appointment will be charged.
6. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during booking and fingerprinting is accurate and complete. AccuScan Solutions is not responsible for rejections or delays caused by incorrect information.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccuScan Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
